Welcome, my name is Sophie and I am a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist working in Feering. 

My aim as a therapist is to: 

• Provide a safe and confidential space for you to talk and focus on your mental health 

• To understand you and your journey 

•  Discover and address the root cause of the issue

• To create tools and strategies, to support you

• To help you take control and move forward

I work from my lovely cosy private Therapy room in Kelvedon

12 Minute walk from Kelvedon Train Station

​

Sometimes it can be difficult to attend an appointment in person so I also offer online sessions

Sophie is fully insured and a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and the National Counselling Society who are part of the Professional Standards Authority.

Chrysalis Certificate in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills (Cert Hyp CS)
Chrysalis Diploma in Counselling Skills and Theory (Dip CST)
Chrysalis Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (AIMS Level 5)
